日本とイスラエルを中心とする中東地域との間の文化・人物交流を推進することにより、日本・中東に於いてハイブリッドの文化が創造される環境の整備及び中東和平の推進に貢献することを目的とする。 主な活動：

イスラエルを中心とする中東の料理を楽しむ会の企画・開催
イスラエルを中心とする中東の歴史・文化・経済等に関するシンポジウム・講演会・セミナーの企画・開催
イスラエルを中心とする中東地域に於いて、日本市民と現地市民との文化交流（音楽・着物・ゆかた・生け花・お茶などを通じて楽しく触れ合う）の企画・開催 イスラエルを中心とする中東の最先端の産業技術等の調査

 The Japan Israel Fellowship Council
seeks to promote deeper cultural and economic exchanges between Japan and Israel by bringing the people of both nations closer
together through shared interests and activities such as the following: Deepen understanding
of the history, culture, industry and economy of Israel Tour traditional sites and points of interest, as
well as government, industrial and business venues not generally available to the public. Plan and sponsor symposiums,
lectures, seminars, etc. on Israeli and regional history, culture and economics. Plan and sponsor get-togethers
and events featuring Israeli and regional music, food, cooking, culture, etc.
Promote friendship
and inter-personal exchange Cultural exchange visit to kibbutz: Learn from each other about music, traditional
clothing (yukata), crafts (origami), and other facets of culture. Spend time with Israelis, visiting
homes and workplaces.
Observe how Japan is making an international contribution Explore
and promote Israeli and regional technological exchange with Japan.
